Executive Club Benefits and Regulations
As a member of the Executive Club Program, each time you dine in the Nordic Dining Room or Timbers Restaurant, you will receive a meal discount when one other meal is purchased. The complimentary portion will be determined by dividing the total food portion of the bill by the number in the party and subtracting that amount from the total. This will entitle you to the following food discounts: one person will receive a 15% discount, two people dining a 50% discount, three people 33%, four people 25%, and so on. Only one card may be used per dining party, per dining visit, and your membership card must be presented in order to receive your discount.
As a courtesy, gratuities should be based on the original amount of the bill. Beverages and taxes are not discounted and the card is not valid for use on the following special occasions: Valentine’s Day, Easter Sunday, Mother’s Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve or New Year’s Day.
Your membership entitles you to a number of additional benefits which will allow you to experience other areas of our premier hotel so that you may truly “Discover the Value of Full Service”.
Executive Club Individual Memberships and not transferable and include the following bonus vouchers:
- One Special Occasion Certificate which provides a 50% discount off the total food portion of your bill on parties of 4 to 8 persons, redeemable for dinner only.
- One certificate which provides a complimentary Chinese or Italian buffet for two persons.
- Two certificates which provide a special “Members Only Rate” of $50.00 for a one night stay in a standard guestroom.
- One certificate which provides a complimentary standard guestroom.
- Two certificates which provides a complimentary upgrade to our Amethyst Business Class.
- One certificate which provides a complimentary bottle of Valhalla Signature Series wine, redeemable when dining.
- One certificate which provides a 50% discount off greens fees for one round of golf for one person at Whitewater Golf Club.
- When shopping at the Valhalla Inn, Thunder Bay Gift Shop, receive a 10% discount of select items.
- When making reservations at the Valhalla Inn Toronto, members will be entitled to a 50% discount off the rack rate on all guestrooms.
Executive Club Corporate Memberships are fully transferable, and in addition to all the bonus vouchers listed above, you also receive:
- One certificate which provides $50.00 off a function room rental for any banquets held.
Only one card is provided per membership, however, additional corporate cards are available for nominal fee. Conditions and restrictions are printed on the back of all vouchers which primarily state that:
- Guestroom vouchers require that reservations be made in advance, directly with the hotel and are subject to space availability. Only one discounted room voucher may be redeemed per stay, and vouchers must be presented at time of check-in. Valhalla Inn Toronto guestrooms are subject to availability and reservations must be made directly with the Toronto hotel.
- Function room vouchers must be presented at the time of booking.
- Food and beverage vouchers indicate where they can be utilized in the hotel, and on what special occasions they are not valid. Dining reservations are suggested and the voucher must be presented at time of payment.
- The discounted green fees voucher must be presented to the Pro Shop upon arrival at the golf course. Reservations are strongly suggested.
- All bonus vouchers have no cash value, cannot be replaced if lost or stolen, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts, specials or promotions.
