  • Bacon Wrapped Asparagus
    steamed asparagus wrapped in smoked bacon, served with wild mushroom cream 
      
  • Tomato and Soft Mozzarella Tower
    Delicate DeBruin's tomatoes stacked with soft mozzarella, fresh basil chiffonade, and balsamic drizzle. 
     
  • Tender Spinach, Blueberry and Wild Mushroom Salad
    topped with soft poached egg, drizzled with red wine vinaigrette

  • Roast Pork Tenderloin
    presented with sweet pea risotto and vegetable pearls, topped with brandy mushroom ragout 
  • Skillet Fried Rainbow Trout
    served with asparagus spears, warm potatoe salad, with horseradish foam.
     
  • Roasted Lamb Loin
    slowly roasted lamb loin dressed on butternut squash risotto, with a carrot ginger sauce, oven roasted tomatoes, lemon zests and mint pesto
