mesclun greens tossed with cherry tomatoes, charred asparagus, strawberries, spring onions, tossed sherry vinaigrette. - Smoked Fish Antipasto
assortment of home smoked salmon, marinated eel and Arctic char with spicy creamed horseradish. - Mediterranean Stuffed Artichokes
tender artichoke bottoms stuffed with sun dried tomato, calamata olives and feta cheese, baked to a golden brown and served with toasted walnut butter sauce.

oven roasted chicken supreme glazed with honey and thyme, served with braised red cabbage and crisp Anna potatoes. - Texas Style Pork Tenderloin
spiced roasted pork tenderloin with a medley of vegetables, refried beans and chipotle tequila jus. - Orange and Mirin Lacquered Basa
with a port wine reduction, grilled basil polenta and wilted spinach with sun dried tomatoes.
