  • Spring Salad
    mesclun greens tossed with cherry tomatoes, charred asparagus, strawberries, spring onions, tossed sherry vinaigrette.
  • Smoked Fish Antipasto
    assortment of home smoked salmon, marinated eel and Arctic char with spicy creamed horseradish.
  • Mediterranean Stuffed Artichokes
    tender artichoke bottoms stuffed with sun dried tomato, calamata olives and feta cheese, baked to a golden brown and served with toasted walnut butter sauce.

Chef’s Sorbet

  • Peppercorn Crusted Sirloin Paillarde
    aged Black Angus sirloin, caramelized onion and sautéed mixed mushrooms, Rosemary grilled vegetables and duo of mashed potatoes.
  • Honey Glazed Chicken Suprême
    oven roasted chicken supreme glazed with honey and thyme, served with braised red cabbage and crisp Anna potatoes.
  • Texas Style Pork Tenderloin
    spiced roasted pork tenderloin with a medley of vegetables, refried beans and chipotle tequila jus.
  • Orange and Mirin Lacquered Basa
    with a port wine reduction, grilled basil polenta and wilted spinach with sun dried tomatoes.
